You see this picture? This is a picture of my friend John, taken on his 13th birthday. If you look closely in the background, you will see the face of a troll. A troll named Karkat Vantas.

You see, John was alone when this picture was taken. Karkat only appeared in the shot when the photo was posted on Facebook. Everyone assumed that John or I had photoshopped the troll into the picture. They were wrong.

Five minutes after the photo was posted, John’s father called me and said he hadn’t come home from the party yet. Only then did I realize what happened to my friend.

If you don’t reblog this, the troll will appear in your house and curse at you. He will then kick you in the shin and promptly leave you alone. This happened to John, it happened to me, and it will happen to you.
